Terms of Service:three (3) years contract

Salary; As per SRC

Duties and Responsibilities

i. Undertake Civic Educationprograms;

ii. Undertake Public Participationprograms

iii. Undertake Community CapacityBuilding and development towards poverty eradication and sustainabledevelopment;

iv. Undertake stakeholders mapping,engagement and documentation;

v. Facilitate Community actionplanning initiatives towards improved community contributions towards theirdevelopment;

vi. Backstop and animate communitydriven development project implementation;

vii. Facilitate data collection andanalysis towards effective participatory planning, participatory budgeting andparticipatory monitoring;

viii. Any other assigned duty by thesupervisor

Requirements forAppointment:

i. Diploma in any of the followingdisciplines: Development studies, Community Development, Sociology or Economicswith Sociology, Project Management, Public Policy, Leadership and Governance,Education, Social Work, or its equivalent from a recognized Institution

ii. Minimum of five (5) years workexperience
