Dr. Solomon Sirma is an expereinced health sector professional who has served in various healthcare isntittutions including as the Medical Superintendant of Kapsabet District Hospital where he is noted as having doubled revenue collection and streamlined health services over a period of one year.

In his immediate fomer appointment, he served as the Chief Ofcer Medical Services in Nakururu County where he was the Accounting and Authorizing Ofcer for 104 dispensaries 23 Healthy Centres and 12 level 4 and 1 Level 5 Hospitals with total of over 2500 Health CareWorkers. He also served as a member of Nakuru CountyTender Committee andTechnical Advisor for Beyond Zero Compaign by the Kenyas First Lady.

He has experince working with health sector support partners, having served as a Programme Manager for Walterreed project covering Nandi North and Central Rift Counties for two years.
