6.1 Duties and responsibilities;

1. Studyingstatistical data to create an analysis;

2. Creatingestimates of probability and likely costs for a given event;

3. Calculatinghow insurance policies for different types of coverage are likely to pay out;

4. Collaboratingwith other financial professionals, including economists, accountants andfinancial advisors;

5. Generatingcharts, models, tables and other tools to represent any conclusions;

6. Analyzingreports to assist in decision making;

7. Creatingsolutions to reduce financial risks

8. Anyother duty assigned by the supervisor

6.2 Requirementsfor the appointment

1. Degree in Actuarial Science or statisticsor any other related field from a recognized University

2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

3. Knowledge of actuarial software in terms of capabilities andoutput;

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills

5. Problem-solving skills

6. Good analytical skills

7. Computer literate in MS Office and other office applications
